April 2006 the German version of 'Einmal ein großer Zeichner'. Franz Kafka als bildender Künstler, edited by Niels Bokhove and Marijke van Dorst, appeared at Vitalis Verlag, Prague. It contains all forty available drawings made by Franz Kafka, the texts belonging or congenial to them, an afterword, explanatory notes and a list of only mentioned, but unavailable drawings.
It was originally published in 2004 as a partially Dutch edition in a limited printing by Salon Saffier, Utrecht. This edition is completely sold out.
